Well, I have finally made it to Brewster on Cape Cod. My odometer says I have come 1056 miles.
Some problems with the buggy yesterday and today -- meeting up with a mechanic tomorrow.
It's all fine; at least the thing is running.
Time for a nap!

On the Road Again
Well, I'm back on the road again, so I thought I'd see if my blog is still working.
On my way to Massachusetts this time. Back to Cape Cod, where I lived for a while in the early 1970s. Angie and Ronnie Hague who lived there then, too, but now live in Colorado, are having a gathering at their old house on the Cape (in Dennis), which is now in the care of one of their children. It is their 50th wedding anniversary. Where does the time go?
I'm nearly 1/3 of the way through my journey -- camping at a really nice KOA in the West Virginia mountains. Beautiful here and very quiet. Took me about 5.5 hours to get this far. Not too bad, given that I'm a pretty slow driver.
